my blue HJ pannelvan was just stolen from woywoy train station on the NSW Central Coast between 6:40am and 5:00pm today the 15/2/10
if anyone has seen it let me know.

I see 3 cars got flogged from Motels etc during Summernats in Canberra. It seems car shows are no longer car lovers getting together most are now piss fests with scumbag car theives floating around the crowd. My dad took me to the very first few Summernats and a few others and no way would I take the wife and kids inside that joint now. 16yo kids pissing up and a crowd of wanker people who have had 10times to much grog walking around, same as Bathurst its changed alot and isnt the same.

Sucks!!

My classic old 1971 HG Premier was stolen from Bondi on 11th December. Blue with white roof. In good nick, but some rust on the body. WA plates. I want it back, so if anyone knows anything, please contact me via here.

What's the best way to try and find it, apart from notifying the police etc.?

Just found out that a friends car was stolen from her house last night in Forrestfield WA. its a Storm Grey Coloured VX Senator. License plates are 1BXP 011. It was stolen between 5:30pm and 7:30pm from her house. it has been lowered and has an exhaust (pretty loud) so it wouldnt be that hard to spot.

Hey Everyone I just wont to vent some rage. Last night some Sh1thead broke in to the Kingswood when it was parked out side a mate place at Minchinbury. They jammed a screw driver it the passenger side lock and ripped the interior light out. They stole $20 in change , a few music CD's as well as my workshop manual, the original air conditioning paper work and the service log book that dates back to when it was new (Grrrrr). At least hey didn't take the stereo or try to start the car.

Not Holden related but, some lowlife little oxygen thieving s***bag swiped the crappy old 89 model Laser I bought a few months ago to teach my daughter to drive in, and to use as a daily while the tonner gets a bit of a birthday.

came back to find my tacho snapped off the side of the stearing column and stolen, the whole custom back parcel shelf with speakers stop light etc taken..

lucky enough i washed the car on the way there so when the police dusted for prints there it was a big clear as day thumb print on the handle from the culprit =]

lets just hope he's prints are in the system.. haha"

UPDATE:

i recently got a call from the police to pick up my stolen speakers =] they caught the guy and his is jail i think coz he was also involved in vehicle theft and many other things. i didnt get my parcel shelf or tacho back but its ok!

This ute was stolen from Freshwater Sydney last year. The car was purchased from Tamworth and brought to Sydney and lasted about four days before a dirty lebbo stole it from outside my house never to be seen again. I have several photos of the bastard from speed cameras and toll evasion.The pictures of the bloke are as clear as day and the piece of [Naughty Pottyword] cops wouldnt even send the blokes photos to stations near the direction the car was haeding and basically did nothing at all. I had a very shifty looking guy wandering around & staring at my car the other day, while I was sitting inside on the 'phone at dusk after work. It was one of those situations where you quietly glance around to see if any of the doors are unlocked.

He walks up to the drivers window and says 'excuse me'. I wind it down a crack and he says that he has a bunch of HK-T-G parts and if I'm interested he could sell me some stuff cheap. Turns out he's father of one of the kids I look after and he can catch up with me anytime.

What a nice surprise that was!

BUT.... Where/how did he get his stash?!?

I might get to cruise over to check his shed for potential parts to buy.

Thieves hate Fords.

A report by insurance company AAMI shows only one Ford, the 1999 Falcon, made the top 15 in a list of theft claims.

The 1999 Holden Commodore, however, accounted for 150 insurance claims and tops the AAMI list.

More broadly, Commodores of all makes and models made up 62 per cent of the vehicles stolen from the insurer's clients last year.

I know they won't stop EVERY sort of thief, but what about deterrent &/or inconvenience value?

Friend of mine has bought a tidy old HZ sedan and lives and works in an area of S.E. Qld that is high up in the car theft biz.

Which steering wheel lock do you guys/girls/etc reckon is the best?

Do the $50 ones do anything that a $15 one can't, or are they all the same?

It's on again and 2 more cars have been stolen at Wintersun ,Ford A hotrod and 74 GTS Monaro , both orange, stolen from underground car parks at apartment blocks , both trailered or trucked out so law believes. Barstards !!

My Torana has been found by the police in Woodridge, all in one piece. Thanks to everyone who kept an eye out for her! :)

Our stolen Commodore was returned unharmed yesterday. It was found in Bayswater Nth out of gas. They did about 80km in the 3 weeks it was gone. Happy to have it back, but could've been returned earlier as we purchased a VC sle 253 on Monday to replace it. Better late than never.
