EH wind spliters

Hi Guys I'm wondering if anyone has fitted a set of new wind spliters
to their EH holden. I Have purchased a reproduction set and have been sent instruction and measurements. However I have been told that the new ones are longer because they are in fact are scaled on a EJ set not EH. The EJ, I have been told they were longer.
So in Other words I have a new set to fit on an EH with EH instruction but the wind spliter is for a EJ. Has any one encountered this problem.

Towing capabilities

G'day All

Just wondering what it takes for a 6cyl WB Tonner to tow 3.5t (apart from engine upgrade). Is it chassis strength, towbar rating? Do brakes have anything to do with it?

Any help would be appreciated.

Cheers
Al

Torana Tuesday

The Holden Sunbird was also updated to UC specifications and continued to sell well as a 1.9-litre four-cylinder car, sharing its body architecture with the UC Torana sedan and hatchback. The UC Sunbird expanded into three trim levels: base (manual only), SL, and SL/E. It did very well in New Zealand, where it was assembled, particularly in fleets, where it competed with the Ford Cortina and a variety of Japanese models. SL/E trim was also available in New Zealand. The UCs had square headlamps and a smoother front end. LX and early UC Sunbirds were fitted with a 1.9-litre Opel engine.

Ht brougham paint code

Hi I’m trying to find out what the factory colour my HT Brougham is.
Plate says 567-10972. I’ve spent a bit of time looking around and all I can seem to find is it’s a metallic paint but no colour.

Monaro Monday

Holden had a limited number of HJ coupe panel sets in 1975 and the decision was made to do something special with them The solution was to create the Limited Edition, or LE, which was not released until 27 September 1976.[3]:163 600+ body shells were assembled at the Pagewood body plant as HJ bodies in white late in 1975, but due to delays the HX series came around before LE production begun, thus the cars had to be converted to HX which meant body shell changes.

Torana Tuesday

March 1974 had the first completely new Torana body, with the arrival of the larger mid-sized LH series, produced in four-door sedan style only. Despite the larger external size, the car was relatively cramped by mid-1970s standards. It resembled other GM products of its generation, notably the Opel Ascona. It was unique in that, following the addition of a four-cylinder option in May 1974, the same body style was available with a choice of inline-four, inline-six, or V8 engines, specifically, 1.9-litre Opel four, 2.85- and 3.3-litre Holden 'red' sixes, and 4.2- and 5.0-litre Holden V8s.
