Can we access our Shed Pics?

I realise that the Sheds have not been accessible since this forum had a facelift, but I am wondering if there is any way we can access the photos that we posted? My old computer shat itself a while back and I didn't have any other copies of the photos that I put up on this forum. If possible that would be a huge lifesaver for me. Cheers.

torana seat conversion

hoping to convert a 4 door set of torana bucket seats to 2 door spec,

essentially i want them to tilt forward like the 2 door ones do,

I have read that its as simple as bolting the latch mechanism in place, but for the life of me i cant find any further info, nor can i seem to find any of the latch mechs for sale. Rares do the refurb kits but you need the main parts to use it,
If anyone has any info or better still a latch or 2 laying around they want to get rid of i would be grateful.

Im happy to just convert just passenger seat if need be

More back seat driver

I meant to put this up with the other one.
This is inside the driver's door of Thunderball, and why he sat so far back.

Hump Day... back seat driver

Anyone remember this?
It was a Merlin powered drag car. Apparently it wasn't real successful because they couldn't get a clutch to handle 2,000HP.

1975 HJ Kingswood Vacationer 2 - Perth

Recently I purchased my first steel bumper and also new to the forum, in the process of getting it back to clean stage, not quite a restore, but near on. I've done a fair bit of research on the vacationers, even had called Holden so they send out a certificate of authenticity, but would still like to know more behind this car, bought it in a not bad condition, after spend $1500 at rare spares (pretty quick) I've got it to a stage that it looks pretty bling. Set of 20mm white walls and pedders torana springs to lower abit.

Rattle developed today in the Grey under load

After a nice day out for a short cruise, and plodding around 50mph in the EK, a slight incline in the road and then a rattle, raised its head under load, not sounding like a normal bearing knock. Under any acceleration whatsoever, the rattle appears, at idle you can barely notice it. I certainly noticed that it was also a bit fluttery under any load, doesn't sound good. I'll get it checked out tomorrow, just a little disappointing as I've only had the ute for a week, and it was getting along pretty well, I had it booked to get it in this week for a solid service and tune and check over.

Fuel Octane Rating for Stock Blue 308?

I've got a stock blue 308 in a WB - 9.2:1 compression ratio iaw published literature - I've been using PULP 98 Octane in it - expensive...do I need to do this ? - I just put around - it's not a performance car...I've had difficulty finding a reliable source of info re what to use - will 91 or 95 Octane be ok for a 9.2 engine - what about E10? What are others using with acceptable results and can anyone point to a good reference source?

New to old cars: should i go all gas

Hi All

I need to seek some advise.
I have just acquired a 1984 WB panelvan, mostly in original condition, 3.3L blue motor, 3 speed Auto on column.
Just picked van up after first road worthy attempt. Van is dual fuel, gas and petrol. Runs rough on petrol, good on gas.
Has almost all the emission fitting missing.
Speaking with mechanic, I asked is it better to go Gas only, no need for emission fittings. Would need to remove all petrol tank, pump, hoses etc.
