Hi OLD HOLDENERS i've just joined up HOPING that someone has a 307 POWERGLIDE COLUMN SHIFT LINKAGE just laying around willing to sell it or would be willing to RENT theirs out as a template to get one made or has one fitted to a car that i could come and measure as i have some of the linkages but not all & i don't know if the ones i've got are right.I'm in Brisbane & would be willing drive anywhere within a 100K,so if anyone has any info i'd be more that greatful to hear from ya.CHEERS

Just wondering how you change outrigger on HT i want to change mine but i noticed its held on with rivets is it safe to remove rivets and change the outrigger over and bolt new one on

Hey all holdeners. Have a question im in abit of a pickle. I am fitting a wb statesman dash in to my wb tonner. I was hoping someone had a diagram of the wiring loom for dash. or if someone has changed one take a photo of the wire loom were it connects in to dash and check out wires cheers.

Finally about to get some paint on my 69 ht gts monaro. Can anyone help me with the color codes for Verdoro green, the gold stripes which i believe are persion gold and the black strip across the bootlip. I get conflicting color codes for verdoro green so i am assuming that the ht and hg are slightly different.

hi guys im going to change the trimatic gasket tomorrow as it leaks heaps. ive checked it a few times and its not coming from the kick down cable or filller tube. how is the best way to tighten the gasket? do you have to tighten them in a direction or go one after another? also how tight to you tighten the bolts as i dont have a torquw wrench. thank you

I've been looking for a while and there doesn't seem to be a huge number of factory workshop manuals for HK-T-Gs floating around. Are they particularly hard to find? Better yet, has anybody got one they want out of?

Well did some more on rust repair it was a very close fit in regards to not welding it to chassis but i think i got there ok checked with good old dentist mirror and looks good

this section i think was hardest due to multiple curses in that particular section and making this section by hand took some time with average shed tools i think 5 hours in total just in making the piece up but took my time to make sure i got as close as possible

I measured and there has been no movement

I think overall i have been lucky considering the fronts still connected to car i still agree with everyone front should be off for this kind of work but its worked out ok only one section left before i do small bits left out and clean it up etc

Well finally got me rebuild kits with all new shafts and butterflys bushes etc and i was going to get mate to rebuild them but i was thinking i might give it ago i have manual book etc and wanna learn so i can do them in future plus might give me clearer understanding of how they work

so does anyone know if i need any special tools or can i do it with average shed tools and any tips or recommendations

Hey guys I still have this HZ salisbury diff for sale.
It has has the sadle mounts for a HK,T,G
Was under the bum of my HK Premier with 350 sbc, th350.
Never had any dramas with the diff just put a 9 inch under because I had one laying around plus im looking at upping the rwhp a bit.
Diff is complete drum to drum but when I was removing it the brake line broke as it had been on the car for a fair while. Non LSD.
It also comes with wheel nuts and I have the tailshaft to suit as well.

hi guys took the prem out tonight only to notice when i turn left the diff clunks on the rear left hand side. when driving straight and turning right its fine. why may cause this problem? the diff is only 4 months old with only 700km driving. thanks

what is this grille badge on the left,the one on the right is a HQ SS grille badge

could someone have a look in their parts book for this badge, the number is 2805405 and another small number is 274

its much wider and higher then a hq grile badge

Im so happy i was bit down because i had to work today but i was also bidding on disc brake conversion for HT which ended while i was at work plus to top it off i forgot to increase my bid before leaving home well i just got home and to my surprise i won the auction all it would of took is $1 more and i would of lost it
