I am trying to find out if an EJ wagon with a red motor is legal to drive on red p plates in Queensland. All the searches I’ve done say “referred” or “not determined”. Does that just mean I it’s up to me to work out if it complies with the 130kw per tonne rule? And if it’s under I’m good to go? Can anyone shed some light?

Hello,
Im looking for an overhaul kit for a single stromberg carburettor to suit my holden ej. Ive recently had a problem with dirty/stale fuel going through and causing all sorts of dramas.
Any info would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks,
Caedon.

Anyone know if this is important (see pucture), I am thinking maybe its just a spare hole because a non standard starter motor is being used on the car, you can't get a bolt through from starter motor side anyway.Looks like it would be tricky to get one from the other side too as it is right in the corner of tunnel and hyraulic fluid lines in the way.

I tried to list these on eBay but they wanted more information than I was prepared to give them.
I was informed that these seats will fit from EJ to HG and are originally from and EJ Premier. They are in pristine condition, hardly been used.
MAKE ME AN OFFER :-)
I am located near LARA for pick-up or will deliver Werribee - Geelong area.

Thinking of changing my engine mounts on my ej, have changed the front before but never the rear.
Can I change the rear ones easy enough without needing to lift the engine.I haven't got equipment for lifting it, but was wondering if it is possible to jack it up from underneath and use blocks of wood to protect the sump.
Anyone know the process?

I know from what I have read EJ's with crashbox are a bit prone to jumping out of 3rd gear from time to time, but it only uses to be when on a long run and then coasting downhill.
