REPAIRED WHEEL ARCH MOULD

G,day all been hard at it again repaired my left rear wheel arch mould (too dear to buy & find now). made tools from brass rod templates from wood & a bag of sand to panel beat on came out great, when you,ve got nothing to lose give it a go. some pics attached, My wagon passed blue slip (nsw) first go rapped in that

Look great dont they gotta love chrome (stainless steel) thats why you can fix em, have more to repair & flog on ebay cheers peter.

Very nice. You wouldn't know it was repaired.
Well done getting it passed first time.
One question. Are they VB SLE wheels? If they are on HZ stub patterns and your blue slip bloke passed it he needs a rap on the knuckles for passing it with them on the car.
If they are Commodore wheels they don't fit properly and will stress your studs resulting in broken studs and wheels falling off.

wheel arch moulds to repair? From memory about 2 sets there. I would want a set back and you can keep the rest and flog on ebay?

Any chance you could put up some photos of the tools you made? Or maybe even a guide in your shed of the steps taken and any useful pointers.
I'm planning on attempting it on my hr ones.
