HELP WITH A HK RIM IDENTIFICATION

Hi I have a holden rim that looks exactly like a HK rim with the same stud pattern but is dated 1972 BUT is only 13 inches. Very weird especially because it has no welds and looks 100% factory. It is made by ROH but is stamped on the inside rim like all holdens. Don't have a clue what it came off as it would suit LJ Torana of that era by date but style is 1968 as per HK. Can anyone shed some light?

Please use, Holdenpaedia will get the first box on the left side. Post any suggestions.

"4 cylinders you say? Well there's your problem"

If it didn't have the Holden stamps and date codes then I would assume that the rim was a manufactured trailer wheel but it looks like a genuine Holden wheel. I didn't mention 4 cylinder but it could be a 4 cylinder Torana rim I am not sure.
Thanks for you input and hopefully someone out there knows what it is. Also if anyone wants a picture just attach your email and I will send one.

Holden continued to make spare parts for cars, especially wheels, for a long period. I owned a set of HK 6" with 73 date code and original GMH sticker.

If they are 13" they are HR.

4 Cylinder Torana are 4 stud in that period.

If its a 8 sloted rim,and it has 5 stud holes....14 inch....its either a hk series rim 1968-1969 rim,OR if it has the same as a hk rim,but larger vent sections close to the outer rim,it could be an option rim 1969-70 maybe early 71,as the ht350 monaro had problems with brake cooling etc,so this rim was created...all factory 350 ht/hg cas came with these 6 inch rims...post a picture..then you will get the correct answer...Thanks scott
