cush washer for banjo dif...

went to pick up a diff from the wrecker and got it for half price because it needed a rebuild so went straight to work, pulled the lot apart and in the parts washer order a new bearing kit
happy camper so far everything looked good but the crush washer on the input shaft is unusable anymore i cant lock up my yoke while maintaining proper preload, when i now lockup the yoke i lockup the bearings as well !!
and guess what no freaking crushwasher in perth
so iam hopping anybody here can help me out..
anybody any idea's ?

Shim the crush washer, you can put a shim on the top of the spacer(app 20thou or .5 mil) and this will help your situation..
