MY van

2nd try...I'm not too good at this.
Finally yestrday i started pulling down my front end. Cleaned it up getting it ready for recon and changing it over to disc. Painting the front end black with a flash of anodised metallic red over the top (looks really cool I tried it on a few of my wagon bits first).

I'm currently HT windowless. Mine looks to be slightly worse than yours. But all the same, you have a bit of work ahead of you.lol.
What are your plans for this one?

Usually if theyre original I
Usually if theyre original I dont like to change them all that much but this one had been fiddled with a fair bit so I dont mind playing with it.
So in saying that, Dads got a 350 I can have, I'm going with premier front (as we have more of those than Belmont / Kingswood) Monaro guards and bonnet, Premier bench seat with the fold down bit in the middle, in the back I want Western Red Cedar, I'm keeping the column shift)I think), my sis is about to do a car upholstery course so shes in charge of that. Paint will be Holden Poison Ivy green (I just LOVE that colour) and wheels will be the biggest black mags I can get under there without modifing anything. I have black rims on my HG wagon already and they look pretty good.
Its too bad that it does have windows but I'm consoling myself with the fact that the price was right and its a touch safer (I reckon more visability) with windows. I've been told that you can weld them back in which I wouldnt mind but its a bit beyond my capabilities I think. I'm just learning to panel beat, so I guess I'll see how I go!
I've got all the bits already to put her back together,I just have to get the body in good shape first, Dads building a rotisserie pretty soon so that will help.
What are your plans?
Oh and I just LOVE Vantsy...just thought I'd put that in for good measure

Vantsy
I do know the owner of vantsy as well as the yellow monaro with the Black bonnet that parks next to him at the burnout events. Also if you go to weld up the windows be carefull as you can warp the panel if you use to much heat

Oh very nice, I have those
Oh very nice, I have those bucket seats in my wagon (though I have a black interior) I have a HK GTS dash as well for the van and I do like the Barbados Green idea though I am biased with the green, though I cant figure out how to do the little link thing to show the green so I'll just stick a pic in my SHED! (thanks Rusty BTW, I am slowly learning!)

well done rebbeca, you go
well done rebbeca, you go girl. You'll crap days on it, and most great days when you finish a section of it, and that (what I think is the best way to tackle a project like this) is to do one section at a time, ie front, when its done start on another section etc, dont forget we are here.
no car but want a rusty panelvan shell to fix, or a HR rolling shell.

Yeah hrpanelvan I emailed
Yeah hrpanelvan I emailed Aaron (Vantsy) a couple of times and he helped me out with where to go for a couple of bits I needed, very helpful he was.
Thanks for the offer Steptoe and son for the seat frames but we already have a bunch of seat frames from our other HKTGs for her to play with, we have a bunch of them bolted to wooden frames to sit on in the shed...very comfy!
Thanks Yogie for the encouragement, I only ever get to play with it on the weekends as its up on Dads farm and it feels like it will never get done. If I just keep at it bit by bit, I know I'll get there one day.

This game has been the sole domain of men for far too long
Keep up the good work and keep us updated with plenty of photos. Keep the finished result fixed in your mind and you'll know exactly which direction you need to be heading. I for one look forward to seeing your progress.

respond
I had got a desire to make my business, but I didn't have got enough amount of cash to do it. Thank heaven my close colleague recommended to utilize the personal loans. So I used the college loan and realized my desire.

It is well known that cash makes people disembarrass. But what to do when someone doesn't have money? The only one way is to try to get the credit loans and just short term loan.
answer
People deserve wealthy life and home loans or just car loan will make it better. Just because freedom depends on money.
