does anyone have any of these laying around you want to sell? there the insides to the [http://gallery.oldho...|body mount rubbers] and also the radiator support panel rubbers

the ones from the ambo are like the one on the left (the one in the pic is 1 of them), the one on the right is from a good radiator support panel i have here

i need 10 good ones, will take rubber as well if there good, i'm in no hurry for them, just collecting parts as i go, must be cheap as i'm on a tight budget

i can't find a part number on my rubbers so not sure about part number, a picy will help :-)

i got your email last night, i just forgot to reply, the only time i could have organised a tour is early jan, but i have to go to RMDH on 7th of jan to get my wisdom teeth pulled out, the silly buggers are growing forward (impacted) instead of up :-( so i'll be off work for upto a week

i'll try and organise something early next year, we have ALOT of work to go back to after the holidays, some of it will be quite good to show you, what sort of notice do you need to give to the club?

about the pipe, we don't do that kind of stuff, in the past when iv'e bent pipes we just fill the pipe with dry sand, heat it with the oxy and just wrestle it around, it works really well

i think i put a pic in my shed.if there the same, there yours
theres 4 i found so far, but im shure there should be more

we probally need about 4 weeks notice, so we can organise club car permits etc

i spoke to local engineering shops here, and they suspect that they wont get the angle of bends i need, however, i think that because its only a few small bends, they dont want the job

after re-looking at the mount stems, i do think there hq etc, as from memory, my plymouth had fatter stems

i just checked your shed and they look the same to me, i googled the part number to check and it came up with HQ-WB chassis mount rubber

i'll grab em off ya next time i see ya, thanks mate

dave mate, save some coin & buy the new rubbers ($150 a set), the old ones all have shrank due to age & ware, plus the new ones come with the new support tubes, but they do not come with the small gal tubes (pipe) which stop you from over tighterning the bolts & crushing the support tubes (which has happened to yours on the left). if you fit the new rubbers you do notice it as there is less vibration in the body.

HOLDEN The Great Way to Move

g'day kev, were on the same page, i am going to buy the new rubber kit, but the new kits don't have the insides, instead they have the tubes and big washes as you say, i don't like them so i am just after some good insides, the one on the left is what i have now, they are rusted badly and i'm after some good ones like the one on the right

when i get some good insides i'll buy a rubber kit and use the orginal insides not the ones that come in the kit
