Dedicated LPG fuel guage.

G'day,

Am about to turn GREEN with the HJ, apparently it would be a big job to have the LPG fuel sender hooked up the the original dash guage. Anyone done this? I don't really want to have the led lights under my radio and a dash fuel guage not working.

its not really a problem if you tell your installer you want to use this.

apa sell different on-tank gauges with different ohm's of resistance to match up to factory gauges. the on tank gauge sends a signal to the dash gauge.

unsure of other makes of tank, but if one company does it, there may be more doing it.

That sounds much easier than fabricating something, which is what was considered.

Im having this done as we speak....I will have 2 tanks straight LPG .Im told it wont be a problem...
