Changing single leaking intake manifold bolts

I have recently changed my leaking 253 v8 intake manifold gasket (twice) using gasket sealant front and rear instead of cork but have since found a weaping leak which is not taking up after a couple of months. The leak is from a couple of the bolts which go into the water jacket.. and from memory the bolts had rust imperfections but i reused them in a hurry.

Can i swap out only the weaping bolts without taking the entire manifold off again?

how confident are you in the manifold itself? they warp and they corrode and thats why they often leak...the bolts clamp the manifold down they do not provide a water tight seal...they are not designed to seal...the issue may lie with the integrity of the mating surfaces maybe you could try teflon tape on the threads...
