Agree. No definitive way of knowing via those tags as they have been removed. May have come off that car, may not have. I would not be paying “Sandman money” for it unless owner/seller can prove its authenticity

A Brisbane built Sandman should have XX7 or XU3 stamped on the body plate.
Brisbane was the only plate to positively ID a Sandman with the PO number.
Also, as mentioned the plates have been off, so their maybe some questions there. Although 1929/30520 is Opaline Blue, so they match the colour of the part of the body that we can see.
