Old EK crash box compatible clutch kits

Hi there,
I have an EK Holden that is currently powered by a 173. We put the 173 in a few years ago so I could still drive it while I had the 138 rebuilt. Six years later, no progress on rebuild, but I need to replace the clutch.
My memory is hazy, but I recall that the old EK crash box was fitted to the red to save on modifying the drive shaft?
Anyway, I am wanting to know if the EH red clutch kit will fit on the grey spline. Don't ask, but the clutch plate from the grey was mated with the fly wheel from the 173 and it has run 20,000 miles pretty fine. But the time has come to address the clutch slip.

Any advice much appreciated.

Regards

John
