HR Clutch

Hi all, about a year ago I replaced the clutch, pressure plate and throw out bearing on my HR. All has been well since. The clutch plate didn't look too bad but it was slipping badly so I suspect the old pressure plate was the culprit. Since replacement I would not have done too many Kms - several hundred - maybe a 1000..but not much more...this morning I noticed that when the car is in neutral and I release the clutch the throw out bearing appears to be noisy...like a whirring sound - depress the clutch sound goes away...could this simply be an adjustment issue - now that the new clutch is wearing in - or could the new bearing be on its way out? One thing I did not do was replace the spigot bush - not sure if that will cause a noise when clutch pedal released...? Any advice appreciated - thanks.
