EH to HR front end

I have managed to grab a cheap HR front end with LH Torana disks fitted. I need to know a workshop in Melb. that can do a professional job of fitting the unit. Also, is the stud pattern different between the original EH and the LH? I have buy mags anyway, but if they are I should look at changing the disk at the rear? If so, to what?

mate i can help you with the places in melbourne but i can tell you that you will have to change nothing with the wheels, the LH Discs are the same stud pattern as the older holdens, only time they change is hq and commodores.

Please use, Holdenpaedia will get the first box on the left side. Post any suggestions.

Keep in mind that the original EH rims, will rub against the disk calliper, you will have to update the rims to at least the HD/HR range, to keep clearance, but keep the same stud pattern.

HOLDEN The Great Way to Move

Hi im just change my front end as well, i wonder if you still keep your rear drum or already change to disk? 'cause my break (i still got rear drum) keep lock up and i wonder if the spec of Hr rear (break Pad) is same as Eh. I know that the slave cyc need to be change. As the disk rear, you can get the Vb -Vh comm to fit in (less work) but if you want something newer try Vn but there're more mucking around.'
