holy snappin duck[Naughty Pottyword] batman

just about had enough, and am thinkin of slamming me head in the door, repeatedly.
i'm in the proccess of gettin the hq ute back on the road and am down to fittin seat belts, the old ones got burned with the rest of the interior, my problem , finding an inertia reel belt that fits in the ute. has anyone else had that problem and if so how did you go about it with out to much muckin round

I did a workguide in the shed on fitting a set to my HR, I take it that the type I used is not suitable due to the large reel block? You could get them from supercheap or rare spares, maybe you could fit it upside down and have the reel block at the top, although that would look fairly poor...

standard supercheap ones fit in my hx ute with ease, the only prob was access to doing up the bolts etc. but be persistant... youll get there

To get to the bottom nut wrap a piece of copper wire around it and poke it down the hole, bit of oil on the bolt and with a fiddle you can get the bolt to at least start then rip off the copper wire and poke a spanner in. That's how I fitted my after amrket ones.
