HT Carby

Hi

I was wondering... The carby on a stock 186...is that suppose to be a BXUV-2? I thought BXV-2 carbs were for 161 motors and had smaller channels?
Anyone clear this up for me?

Cheers, have a good and safe new year.

According to the HT manual a 186 has a BXV-2 carby with .058 main jet. The BXUV-2 carby is for the 161 and has a .055 main jet and a slightly smaller throttle body bore. I hope this helps.

You know.... you're RIGHT!

I just looked at my HR 186 carby and it is the BXV-2. So I CAN use the totally re-coed BXV-2 in my HT after all! Happy Days are here again....*leaves singing*...

Cheers
