After much piss farting around, I finally got the old girl back. Drives smooth and goes hard for a big tank. Still needs a little more work before I take it over the pits with the 350 though.

Mate thats one sweet looking kinga mate. Body looks straight as. Looks like she's in better nick than mine.
So how she feel with the three fitty. Did you get her back after the 2 weeks or they delay you like i have been.
Gotta show some more pics of the donk mate and some pics of the back end.
Have you also seen the thread that i put up at the end of last week about trying to organise a perth car cruise/meet for motorvation 2005. Still waiting to hear back from the bastards at motorvation bout getting a group/club discount though.
I should have my car next weekend. 11/12th december. Called up the diff place yesterday. My housing and axels are all ready. Shortened 9" with 31 spline billet axels. I've had to take my diff centre in as the centre was orginially suited for 28 spline so im having to get that modified. That will be ready by the end of the week in time for when mechanic comes back on saturday. He said that all the engine bay is sorted so just have to mount the diff, get tailshaft made, and all is sweet. Can start her up and hear her roar. Havent seen my car for nearly 2 months.
Well done anyway mate. She looks like one sweet ride.

Hey dude how's ya goin?? Sorry haven't been in contact in a while but I don't have a job anymore were I can sit infront of a computer, so it makes life a we bit hard to access the internet. So yeah yeah, she took a month instead of the two weeks planned, a couple of issues that needed sorting but well worth the wait. The exhausts that were installed are twin 2 1/4" but they didn't put them behind the tyres because it would have run right next to the fuel filler pipe and they would have picked that up when she goes over the pits. But when she registered with 350, 2 1/2" dumpers mate [Naughty Pottyword]ING OATH!!. I tried to up load some more pics lastnite but would let me so i'll have another crack abit later on. Anyways good to hear that your Zed aint to far away, bet you must be hanging for it. Is everything going to be sorted for you to take it over the pits or are not going to worry about it until something happens?? Anyways have fun Matty, speak soon.

Yeah always double or triple the estimated time of arrival. For me its been nearly 24x. Yeah mate im hanging out big time to get the ol beast back. My mechanic is gonna pass it over pits for me. I'm not gonna risk it as my car was initially a 6, its very easy to tell the difference between a clapped out ol 202 and a freshly built/midly worked 327 chev. You can get away with it a little easier as you had the 253 in. They'll hear its a v8 and just think an exhaust has been put on. haha. Twin 2 1/2" dumpers sound farken awesome dude. Definatelty do it mate. How have you noticed the header pipes along side the steering column. Any problems. Are they knocking or are they ok???
Yeah i remember you saying that you resigned from your job. Are you looking for more work?? If so what work are you afer??
Yeah defiantely attempt to post some more pics up. Would love to see the rest of the car.
Are you interested in the motorvation 2005/Perth cruise/meet #3. Only got like 5 people at the moment.
