I really can't see the edge of a sticker !?. Looks kinda like a tatt to me!. Maybe pic taken after the bleeding stopped which is usually not very long.

If Rares' Monaro badges are anything like their Kingswood badges, that incredibly dodgy tat is FAR more an accurate copy than those which R.S.'s offers.
It's still NAFF as all get out, though.
