Vic Roads and advising new engine numbers

Hey there, never done this before, but the 308 in my HX Stato needed a new block as it was already 60 thou over. The engine builder got a block out of a WB Capriceand I know I need to let Vic Roads know and they need to sight the new engine. Will they give me grief about the extractors or anything else?
I am nervous, but not sure why??

Dont know about Victoria, but in Qld the guys at main dept transport wouldn't know a extractamathingy from steering wheel. They would have to be pretty well versed in
1970s holden specifications to pick it up I think.na lot of them probably werent born or in the country when these cars were everywhere.
Is it excessively loud or low to the ground. Does it look unroadworthy? I suspect this is what they would look out for.

Thanks for that, does not look unroadworthy or overly loud, so should be ok!
