Stromberg WW Mixture screws

I have a WW stromberg with the thread on one of the mixture screw holes stripped.
Can this be fixed?
I think that there was a nylon insert available years ago, but I haven't been able to confirm this.
Any ideas welcomed.

Any good carby shop. By this I mean a carby specialist, not Ultratune, Mohommad's Nissan Drifting Accessories or Autobarn. I just had a shufti at your postcode, so:
