Very true, there is many unscrupulous company's and state governments using this as an excuse to revenue raise.

It goes up every year! Have a look at your past ones too. It's TAC that goes up every year. Nothing to do with VicRoads, or carbon. So thanks to TAC, and people having accidents, yours will be over 700 next year
