Jig-saw puzzle

I'll try and post up a pic in acouple of days.........got a new toy for the classroom/workshop.

Its a 149, in bits, stuck on a wall :)
I put this very engine together some 20 years back as I was finishing Trade School. "Assemble and test engine" I think the module was called......
Anyway the TAFE has long since finished with it was going out the door, so I grabed it.
The board stands a bit over 6ft tall with hooks and mounts for a complete 149 in bits....sump bolts, water pump, oil pump, head, oil pick-up, fuel pipes, crank, cam....e/thing from fan to flywheel..'sept the blocks a bit heavy so it stays on the floor.
The idea was to put the thing together then run it on the engine Dyno, test it, then pull it apart again.
Some of the bits are now missing...including a piston!!. I thought it looked pretty good as simple "art" in the class room........not so my Yr 9's.......looks like I have to dig through the bits I've collected and get it back to "put together stage".
They were keen to get it going....looks like a project already set for next Term :)
Q-ball.
(on Hols....I'm going camping...)
