FIRSTLY - Please note we use normal emails for all our correspondence. We will send you an email when we process your payment, and again as it leaves to keep you informed along the way. Postage costs are additional to the sale price, unless we have stipulated that this has free postage. This will be mentioned in the eBay info at the top of the page.
If there is no fixed shipping charge listed, please contact us with your postcode for the postage cost or you may purchase the item and wait for us to send you an eBay invoice including the shipping charge.
We always combine items to reduce the postage costs as much as we can. We use either Australia Post Eparcel or Express Bags for all our shipping. Both are trackable and insured. We insure all our parcels these days after a few dramas with Australia Post, so this will be included in the shipping charge you are quoted. A note regarding pictures and descriptions on all our sales -
We have had a problem with pictures being replaced due to some sort of eBay software glitch.
