CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY We use Australia Post to ship most items. We send most items via Express Post Bag which is tracked via a ID number. The goods shall be at the customers risk from the time and date of dispatch. The customer shall be liable for all loss and damage as Australia Post only insures items for guaranteed delivery, not breakages. Most items are dispatched 1-2 days from payment clearance. (Usually much quicker though) No weekends or after-hours delivery is available. Please check your parcel for damage before signing/accepting delivery. All claims for damaged or missing goods must be filed with the carrier concerned. Do not open the parcel. Please advise the carrier and us immediately if you suspect that the goods are damaged. Delivery / postage costs are non-refundable. Charges resulting from "Return to Sender" parcels due to Buyer providing an incorrect address will need to be paid for before the item can be resent. Please ensure your eBay account has your current address.
