This is the ultimate xenon HID conversion kit for the Holden VE Commodore SV6, SS, SSV and Berlina Fog lights. With a pair of specially designed HID ballasts and xenon bulbs, the whole HID kit will fit onto the factory fog light assembly. No external wiring, and no remote-mounted ballast is required. 100% Plug and Play.

It is fully compatible with the Holden Canbus system !

This HID kit will fit the Fog Lights of the 2006 - June 2010 Holden VE Commodore SV6, SS, SSV including the ute and sportwagon variants.

It does Not fit the SSV-G8 (Pontiac) special edition or any HSV models.

It does Not fit the new VE series II SV6, SS, SSV, Berlina. These series II models have completely different fog lights.

It is designed for the factory genuine fog lights only, therefore it will Not fit any aftermarket fog lights. It will Not fit the high beam or low beam of the headlight. Please do not buy if your car does not have factory-fitted fog lights (e.g. the Omega or International models).

This is a HID kit for the fog lights Only (consists of two HID bulbs and two digital ballasts). Fog lights and Holden cars are Not included. Pictures are for illustration purposes only.

Q: Can I come to pick up?

A: No, sorry. No pick up, no exception.

Q: What's the difference between this HID kit and the others in the market?

A: This is the Only HID kit designed and made specifically for the VE Commodore fog lights. The bulbs and ballasts are fitted onto the fog light housings. There will be No external wiring harness or remote-mounted ballast. This doesn't only make installation a lot easier, but also reduce the likelihood of radio interference due to external high-voltage cables.

Q: Do I need to cut or modify anything?

A: No. There will be No cutting or drilling of anything, absolutely No modification is required. That means the conversion is fully reversible. You can easily unplug the HID bulbs and ballasts and put the halogen bulbs back into the headlights if you need to. This is particularly handy for car lease or company cars.

Q: Does it come with a pair of fog light?

A: No. This is a set of HID kit only. It is for converting the factory halogen fog lights to HID xenon. Please do not buy if your car does not have factory-fitted fog lights (e.g. the Omega or International models).

Q: Is it safe to be used with polycarbonate (plastic) headlight lens? Will it overheat or melt anything?

A: HID kits are completely safe to be used in headlights with polycarbonate lenses. In spite of its high light output, HID kit actually consumes less power and generates less heat than halogen bulb. If your headlight can withstand the heat from the original halogen bulb, it's not going to be overheated or damaged by the HID bulbs.

Q: Can you supply this HID kit in 3000K or 8000K?

A: Yes, we have a small number of 3000K and 8000K kits in stock. Please email us for price and availability.

Q: Is it a high and low beam HID?

A: No, this is a HID kit for converting the fog lights Only. The high beam and low beam of the headlights will remain unchanged. Pictures in this advertisement are for illustration purposes only. If you want to convert the high and low beam headlights to HID as well, you will need to buy the H7 and H9 HID kits separately. These are available in our eBay shop. Please click on the link and search for 'VE HID'.

Q: Do you have any white LEDs for parker and rear number plate?

A: Yes, we have white LEDs to suit VE Commodore, listed on eBay separately. Please visit our eBay shop and search for 'VE LED'.

Q: Is it easy to install?

A: Yes, installation is very easy. No cutting, No drilling and No re-wiring. There is No remote-mounted ballasts or messy cables. The whole HID kit will fit nicely on the fog light housing. These are the 3 easy steps:

1. Remove the 3 clips on the inner guard at the wheel arch, pull it back a bit to reach the fog light.

2. Unplug the power supply connector, rotate the halogen bulb anti-clockwise to unlock and remove.

3. Rotate clockwise to lock HID bulb onto the fog light. Connect the HID to the power plug. Done.
