Payment

Payment must be made within 5 days of winning the auction. 

If payment is not made we reserve the right to sell to the next highest bidder. 

We accept Paypal, Direct Debit, Credit Card over the phone and Cash or EFTPOS on Pick up. 

A Tax Invoice is supplied with all items purchased.

When paying by Direct Debit please use the auction number as the reference.

Payments without reference numbers take a lot longer to be dispatched.

Any item that remains unpaid for more than 5 days will be put into a dispute with Ebay and this may affect your Feedback rating.

Shipping

For smaller items we use Australia Post.

All shipping is done with Tollipec or Local Couriers.

You are welcome to get your own cost for having the item shipped.

Please allow 2 days for Handling, due to if we have to remove the item from the vehicle. 

We are able to Express Post items overnight at an additional cost.

If the item is listeed as free post then this will be shipped by Australia Post, with a Tracking number.

Shipping can be arranged Worldwide - Please be aware that international freight is costly, so we advise you to get a quote first before purchasing the item.

Our shipping price is based more on volume than weight, so bulky items will be expensive.
Our Shipping price includes handling and packaging.

A physical address and phone number MUST be supplied for shipping.
 
We can not ship to P.O Box Numbers 

Item will be delivered to the address that is supplied by the buyer via their Ebay account.

Please obtain a quote for shipping, before the completion of the auction, so you know that you will be happy with the final total.

All item’s have a Reference number – please ensure that you use this for any communication to our sales team, as it will eliminate any confusion or wrong information being provided.

Collection is welcome during Business hours Monday – Thursday 8.00am – 5.00PM, Friday 8.00am - 3.00pm

Collection is available on Saturday 9.00am - 12.00pm, if you have made arrangements first  – the sales team are not aware of the sales completed on Ebay so they will need to have prior knowledge of your intention to collect.

Returns

Gold Coast 4WD offers a 3 Month Refund and Replacement warranty on Parts sold within our Ebay store.

We will pay for the return of the part if the fault is ours, if you have purchased wrongly or just changed your mind, Buyer is reponsible for return shipping costs.

In the event a suitable replacement is not available, a refund will be issued in the form of the original payment method or a cheque. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost. 

Returns may be subject to a 20% restocking fee.
All defective products will be replaced within the appropriate warranty period.
