Best combination 3.3 Blue out of what I have?

Hey fellas,
I'm looking for a little advice from someone more in the know than myself. I've got 2 x 3.3L blue motors from VH commodores.

1 is. 202 standardbore, very low mileage. standard pistons, running a 2.85 blue High compression head.

the other is:

3.3 blue 60thou over with ACL duralite 2's with low compression half-piston diameter dish with standard low compression head.

I've got a set of 12 port extractors, HEI distributor/coil and a weber 34adm. Also got a VK EFI camshaft here. I'm just wondering would I likely have fuel pinging issues running the higher compression standardbore engine under load? Or should I be using the lower compression one that's at a 60thou re-bore? What would be the better engine for running standard 91 unleaded?

Thanks in advance!

It shouldn't be an issue, my 202 is 20thou dish tops with 9.75/1 comp & it run's a high XU1 spec'ed 161 head & I have no issues with pinging what so ever.
I was running 98 but it prefers 95.

What carbies are you using? because past experience tells me that has a lot to do with it. My last high compression 3.3 build had issues to begin with. Couldn't drive with a single barrel stromberg past 60KPH on a straight highway. Was pinging quite seriously. Switched to a 350 holley, and that improved it significantly and was easily able to drive to speed etc, then went from there to triple SU's and was easily the same difference yet again. The thing pulled like a freight train and was so quick on the throttle. This build I am doing, I'll be putting on a ford weber 34adm. I actually know next to nothing about these carbies, so hoping it'll perform fine.

I'd rather drive my old holden than a new ford!

A bloke out here at work runs one of those ford Weber’s he was saying he happy 186-192 with a stage 2 yella terry head and headers with a 5 speed in a HQ wagon
As he said it not a race car it’s a classic cruise machine
