Kingswood rear louvre

Gday, I have the rear (metal) louvre. It appeared to be installed a little dodgy, they had screwed it to the roof. I just reapholstered the roof lining and want to make sure I get it right. Anyone got a photo of how its meant to be done?

No photo but usually they have metal legs which slide inside the square tubes and these legs go behind the window rubber, then a metal thread screw screws into the square tube to hold the slide tight.

here is how the louvre is fitted to my HR and WB..doesn't come near the roof lining..as hushtech states the legs go behind the rubber or trim (HX)...

Andrew

There are 2 different mounting styles. Mine had the style where it screwed into the roof (was fitted like that from new, most likely dealer fitted)
