EH driveline vibration

Hi, I've got an annoying vibration in the driveline under load at around 60 kph. I have a celica 5 speed, tunnel has been made larger to accommodate box, had a centre bearing joint added to new tail shaft to try and eliminate the problem. Only thing I haven't checked is diff pinion angle. can anyone help giving advice to check and fix the angle if its out.

How is the gearbox mount?
Could it be a problem in the diff? (Pinion bearing?)

Old is good.

try adding some significant weight in the boot to adjust the angle slightly and see if it alters the vibration. If it does you are on to something. I had an annoying vibration at 60km on my Statesman..I tried the basics first - wheel balance and changed uni joints to no avail...I put lower springs on the back - the old bloke had the rear raised for towing anyway that slight alteration in the drive shaft angle eliminated the vibration...in my case it may also be worn control arm bushes ...but its ok for now..
