The EH manual and auto crossmembers are different.
The easiest way is to just buy one of these: https://www.rodshop....
If you are doing it yourself, I believe the best way would be to cut the centre from a Holden member, blank it off vertically at the cuts, the shorten a Toyota member and weld it to vertical blank offs in the gap. By doing this you can retain the original Toyota mount including the restraining bolt which will stop the gearbox bouncing too much on the mount. (not a big problem anyway).
If your car is manual, you might (probably) will have clearance issues under the floor. And auto has a bigger floor hump and isn't as much of a problem.
A five speed is probably the best thing you can do an early Holden. It makes it so much better to drive.
