LOWERING

If my front shocks are good is it really necessary to change them when i put lower springs in, looking at 30mm lower spring than normal.

Otherwise the shocks will lose some of the normal travel they need to function correctly for bump and rebound.
Shorter shocks will be designed for correct operation within the shorter travel.

never had any issues using the same shocks when lowering a car
so unless you intend to do a lot of off road driving i''d leave the same shocks in it

The question is,
How much driving are you going to do?
Or is it a weekend car ?
Or a show car ?
If it’s just a weekend car I don’t see a problem, you’re not going to me doing more that a thousand keys a weekend ?
