Red six fuel pump thread

Can anyone tell me what size the thread is on the outlet side of a red six fuel pump?
I believe it is tapered. Is this correct?

They leak oil because the holes are open to the crankcase.

The threads must have sealant or thread tape on them...

Holdenpaedia, they're the brakes Mate.

The thread on the outlet of a Holden 6 fuel pump is 1/8" NPT, not BSP.

Thanks everyone. Got it sorted.
I put a new Carter type fuel pump on, but I couldn't get the brass plug to seal on the unused outlet.
The instructions specifically said do not use thread tape, so I put some sealant on the thread, but it wouldn't seal.
A wise man once said, 'If at first you don't succeed, ignore the instructions."
I put some thread tape on and it's all good.
I was worried it might be the wrong brass plug, because it screwed virtually all the way in by hand.
The old pump started leaking. I think it had been crook for a while because it seems to start and idle happier now. Maybe the old girl just likes a bit of attention.
I'm off to Coffs for the WRC on Wednesday so I'll see how it goes on a long run up the highway.
