adapting a 1" bore brake master cylinder to FX/FJ Holden using original brake pedal

I have a FX Holden ute which has a HR front end with Torana disc brakes. It was running the original master cylinder and brake pedal with a remote reservoir mounted to the fire wall. It also is running a remote booster. This setup didn't stop that well at all.
So after many phone calls I have now had a 1" bore dual system master cylinder fitted mounted in the same spot as the original one and I am still using the original brake pedal. The car is now stopping real well and the pedal feels very good. The person who did this update for me also pulled the brake pedal assembly apart and put new bushes in made a new swinging shaft and put in a grease nipple for greasing. All in all this was a great investment for the brake system.

If anyone needs more information I can pass on the details.
