Are your those numbers are correct?
If it is a manual Premier the body number should be EH235M-****with a letter after the second numbers I have replaced with stars. ***Note the "m" that should be after the 235.
My EH manual says the gearbox serial number should start with H****.
All EH 179 motors as fitted to the Premier we HP blocks (nothing special) with engine numbers that started with letter M.
To me, what you call the the body number and the chassis number don't add up. 240s apparently indicates a Sydney built body. To have a number that low it would have to be a very early body built in the first couple of weeks of production, which would be well before the introduction of the 179 manual cars. Add this to a much later Brisbane serial number and I have my doubts.
If these numbers are genuine you have a low volume car with proof of originality which would make it fairly valuable to an investor with more money than sense.

Old is good.

As the car has been in a thousand pieces doesn't the condition of the car and standard of the work done to it really determine its value?
