Hq kingswood speedo problem

Hi guys I have had my hq on the road for about 6 months. About a month ago the speedo stopped working properly and started reading really low around 25mph at 60mph. It has slowly been coming right again now and sometimes it will eventually get to 60 if your cruising along at 60mph. But when you stop it stays up like its stuck somehow.
I have pulled both ends of cable and rand with a drill sometimes gauge sticks sometimes it doesn't. Any ideas?

I think you answered your own question. Sounds like the guage is faulty.

Sounds like the cable is dry.
Pull the cable out of the car. Remove the inner cable.Clean it then give it a light coat of light grease.
Should solve the problem.

Why buy a replacement..?

You could end up with the same problems as you already have.

Most Instrument shops will rebuild your existing speedo for under $100.

At least then you know what you've got.
