well This was the main fuse on my TPI chev, after leaving the cetec charger on for 3 weeks while at work.
Have changed the fuse and holder that looked like a over cooked snag on a BBQ lol
Battery is charged and starter motor has power to it with the multi meter at the right volts. There is power to the fuel pumps and the computer
BUT no go ? it wont turn over or even a clicking noise like they do ?

My question is, is it the ignition switch ? or something else ?
Any help would be much appreciate

it could be the ignition switch ...check to see if you are getting 12V at the solenoid from the ignition feed. If not then check the start relay...this usually also activates the warning lamps - are any of those illuminating? Also check whatever interlocks you may have - eg neutral safety switch, clutch switch, immobiliser?...then check all other fuses/relays...

Andrew

After that minor meltdown, perhaps it is only a surface charge on the battery? You could try another just to eliminate that as a possible cause of the lack of power.
