well its low, bigger wheels and rubber with flares ? and the patina look. This is becoming more popular, im not a fan of it, needs a paint job even if its just flat black

That's a lot of welding across the bonnet and guards to extend for a bigger engine, and the factory bonnet spear has been extended too, good job, but why is the fuel filler on the right side, as aussie EJ's were on the left side and had a fuel filler door, it doesn't look like it's been put in after, as he's quite happy showing all the welds, and there are none around the filler. And agree it would look good one colour. Imagine trying to do the engineering for that here, the paperwork would never end.

Maybe if it's got a BMW motor he used a BMW donor car for all the running gear including the BMW tank, which had a right side filler. I can see that putting a filler in the right hand guard to suit a BMW tank would be easier than modifying the BMW inlet and mucking around with fuel line and return line fittings.

I understand they did do what David suggested they dropped the wagon onto the floorpan of the Beemer. Got some pics some where.
