Blue Motor Carby

What is the best carby to put on a 3.3 Blue six.
I am only running in the low rev range of 3000rpm and under.
I considered the 34ADM Weber from a3.3 XE-XF Falcon, but I have been told they don't perform well in the lower rev range like I am looking at.
Any ideas from the brains-truss please?

Cheers, Mick.

If you can find a good varajet that's probably the way to go.

If you're prepared to convert to EFI, a VK EFI system works well on a blue six. Years ago I put a complete VK EFI Black motor into my VB Commodore and my Dad was impressed with it and decided he wanted to do the same to his VH but instead of swapping engines we bolted the VK EFI into his blue motor. It didn't seem to have as much power as my black motor but had more low down torque. I've never driven another stock Holden 6 with that much low down torque, it worked really well.

I ran a Weber on my blue donk in EH ute and was very happy all the way with it, got great fuel economy whilst still providing plenty of punch.

I have fitted a crow towing cam and a much heavier flywheel, as they suit the need I have for low range power. I have the Varajet here but it's done a lot of work, so probably very worn.
