VN Auto into HR Premier Sedan

Planning on putting a VN (Pre electronic) TH700 Auto into my HR Sedan. Was wondering about any problems with the Tunnel & Fire wall. I have done a bit of research and looked at the V6 Conversion web site. They say only slight modification. But that is with a V6 motor. Mounting may be slightly different. I want to stay with my 202. Anyone got any info?

Must be 10 or more years back I think Street machine showed one. Thought it was a bit bodgy looking tho, had big spacers between the drive plate and torque converter.
Other than that, it would be a great conversion.
