One thing I do know that about where that shop was at Camp Hill was where the Bayards lived in the big white house opposite [approx].
They are from the Bayards shops that closed up some time in the 80's [not sure]
The Bayards shops were very big in their day.

wow yeah I remember Bayards well, they had a tube vacuum system for their paper work to go from floor to floor in the city store.
Yes, it was a Speed Shop in the true sense. I used to pop in there for a drool. I think the shop was painted all black..?
yes it was a real old time speed shop for sure, it is still painted black and is a real estate office now.
