Power window motor test

G'Day all.

I have 4 power window doors from a HJ Caprice for sale.

I would like to test the power window motors before I list them but don't know how.

The doors are not in the car. How do I test the power window motors?
Could anyone of the brilliant mechanical and electrical minds on this site give me a step by step guide on how to do this. Where it comes to Auto electrics, I am the ultimate dummy!! lol
