I got a brand new clutch put in the old girl last week, to hopefully stop a horrible shudder in 1st & reverse. While it is a lot better, there is still a shudder at low revs in 1st & reverse. It also whines when in neutral with the clutch out.
I was to get another flywheel machined before I took it to get the work done, but time didn't permit. The mechanic said the flywheel that I took with me was OK and shouldn't cause any hassles. I've done a couple of hundred miles since the work was done, with no change. Any ideas what my hassle may be, and would it pay to give the mechaninc a call?
