radiator in EH

The radiator in my EH is heavily blocked. I am always worrying about the cooling with the car, so what are my options.

Should i just get the current radiator cleared? Or should i go for a newer, and bigger radiator.

What options do i have for an EH?

Also, what sort of setup would you recommend fan wise?

Thanks a lot for your help...

Getting the sucker cleaned is a good start!
Course if the radiator is immensly clogged then its probably likely the head and hoses arnt in much better shape either.
Clean the radiator then run the motor and find the radiator half gunked up again.

IF everything is in working order the standard radiator should be fine.
By everything i mean correct coolant, a clean radiator, good condition hoses a clean head and a functional waterpump.

If all that is a-ok and its still running hot, you CAN get a thicker 6cyl radiator, or an expensive desert cooler one if you got cash to spare.

A single 14" thermo is an option also, especially if your poor girl is stuck often in traffic.

Twin ten inches in my ust and no mechanical fan has kept it cool, Whilst the radiator was out i got it flushed then i put the old coolent back in and got a full cooling system service, also installing a overfow bottle has helped. getting it all clean makes a huge difference, and is pretty cheap.

good luck
