186 into a hr special

Hey this may be a silly question but i have been looking around for a while now and cant find out if a 186 out of a hr premier will bolt straight into a hr special or do you need to change the oil pan and mounts for it to fit? any comments would be great, good or bad. thanks :)

there is no difference between , special , prems, the motor mounting is all the same , just as snowdownunder sayes

There will be minor differences between Powerglide (auto) and manual.

Further differences, but minor, between X2 and 186S.

As the other guys say, it will bolt in OK though.

hey guys thanks heaps for your comments ive sized it all up and it will be all good. Just in the process of painting it up and putting all the shiny bits on it. I live in an apartment and the motors at a mates place who is hardly ever home so its a very slow process but i will post pics of the start and finish product when im done.
