I am currently in the process of fitting a W58 5 speed Supra box into my EH sedan with 202 red. I am after a slip yoke for the gearbox end of the tailshaft. I have seen on the internet (Dellows) that there are a couple of different types for holdens one is for V8/V6/6 cyl red 1 tonner and the other for holden 6 red/blue/black etc. I am a little confused as I have the V8 one and it fits into the box and onto tailshaft no problem. Can anybody tell what the difference is between the two types and can I use the V8 one ??
Thanks

Hi people.
On the original aerials for EH and probably others around that era, the base has a connection for a threaded screw on connector, a bit like the PL259 connector used on CB radios, but a bit smaller.
The aerial wire has that connector to connect to the base of the aerial mast and the usual push in plug for the radio end.
Does anyone know where I can get those connectors, or what they're called..?
I tried JayCar and a number of other places online but no luck.

Duck and cover,,,,
After afew years of being away, I am back.
NOW for the real fun.
I finally got a settlement, and I need parts to restore Bel (My 72 HQ Ute )
I emailed Kingswood country as I did business with them years ago. Sadly I haven't heard back from them ( also seems my account with them is gone ) Also WHEN did they change the company name ? Did they merge with Rares Spares ???

Hello,
Trying to get a check done for a VH SL on the REVS check WA site
but keeps telling me 17 digits are required. The Commo's only
got a 14 digit VIN. And its advertised as a $9.90 service but
when I entered the VIN & it failed its asking for $25.
Never done a REVS check before, whats the go?

Hi guys, I fitted a new set of tie rods and tie Rod ends (from resto country) to a late model hg recently and seem to be having an issue with the tie rod ends not tightening into the steering arms. The taper on the tie rod ends doesn't seem big enough for that in the steering arms and as a result when you tighten up the nut on the tie rod ends, it runs out of thread and the nut bottoms out before the tie rod is actually a tight fit in the joint. Seems worse on one side that the other. Bought another tie rod end from another supplier to see if any difference and nope, exactly the same.

To market, to market, went my old mate Jim.
Where his dear old wife threw tomatoes at him.
Now tomatoes don't hurt, but those ones hurt Jim.
For all those tomatoes came in a tin!
Ouch!

I have a near new 308 red motor from an HJ Statesman together with an attached W Series Supra 5 speed manual gearbox (Dellow conversion) - looking for a project car to put this lot into.
Any suggestions would be welcome.

A bloke I know is getting his Toyota five speed built by a specialist in the Tamworth area.
He was telling me the specialist can put an overdrive in the Holden M20/21 gearbox.
I can't imagine putting the extra gear inside the gearbox.
Maybe he adapts the overdrive that Volvo put on the back of the Trimatic?
Has anyone heard of it or do they know how it's done?

Was too late to get the HQ I had wanted to look at (3hrs away), it sold as I was on my way to check it out which was a bit disappointing. Totally my fault as I had to delay the viewing, anyway when I got the message I pulled over. Thought it was worth seeing what else was out there as I had a bit of cash on me and the trailer hooked up.
Found this.
Unrestored 1967 HB Torana S with what looks to be a genuine 27K Miles on the clock.
Everything works, even the interior light.
