Hg and hq tie Rod ends.

Hi guys, I fitted a new set of tie rods and tie Rod ends (from resto country) to a late model hg recently and seem to be having an issue with the tie rod ends not tightening into the steering arms. The taper on the tie rod ends doesn't seem big enough for that in the steering arms and as a result when you tighten up the nut on the tie rod ends, it runs out of thread and the nut bottoms out before the tie rod is actually a tight fit in the joint. Seems worse on one side that the other. Bought another tie rod end from another supplier to see if any difference and nope, exactly the same.

She flies, haha.....

I was sent a speedo converter by one MR Ambo,
& that's the Dirty D doing 110kphs & not 110mpls, haha....
For those playing at home the co, pilot is holding the phone.
But on a serious note I had spent bit of time to make sure that the speedo was to being close to right with the big 15" tyres & as it the turns out it's spot on with the GPS test.
